COVID-19 Information

MBM developed the following procedures for patients to adhere to for the safety of patients, the therapist, and other persons working or visiting the clinic and other businesses within our building. Please be aware the street-level business is LabCorp, one of the private entities collecting and processing COVID-19 swab testing.

Please reschedule or cancel your appointment if:

  • you are sick or feel unwell for any reason, regardless of whether COVID is involved or not
  • you were diagnosed with or suspected by a medical professional of having an active COVID-19 infection and have not been cleared of the virus
  • you have come in close contact with an infected person or another person who was in close contact with an infected person within the past 7 days
  • you have had a positive result from a COVID home test kit in the past 7 days

As always, if you have a cold, influenza, or significant environmental allergies, please reschedule your appointment. Thank you!
