Waitlisting

Patients can waitlist themselves if their desired appointment date or time is not available. Be sure to complete the relevant accompanying form details.

Our scheduler requires a time for any appointment. Please note the times shown for Waitlist requests ARE NOT RELEVANT to the appointment time requested. WAITLISTING IS THE ONLY SERVICE FOR WHICH THIS RULE APPLIES! They are simply a placeholder for the three persons who can waitlist on any particular day. We use 6:00 AM, 6:15 AM, and 6:30 AM as placeholders since we are not open at these times.

We call the 6:00 AM name first when an opening becomes available that day. Each subsequent name is then called in order afterwards until the open time slot is filled.

When requesting a Waitlist position, choose the earliest time available in the scheduler. That way, someone booking later doesn’t beat you to the first call!

Once an opening becomes available, we will call the first person waitlisted that day. If no one answers, we will call the next person on the waitlist. If only one person is waitlisted, we will leave a message for them to return the call with an expiration time to reply. If that time expires, we will open the available time to the public.

It is possible that an opening may become available on short notice (less than one hour). Please be sure to note on the request form whether we should call you for short notice availabilities. If you live more than 45 minutes away from our office, please do not agree to short notice notifications. It is unlikely you’d be able to arrive in time for a full visit.

Please call (603) 622-1112 if you have any questions regarding Waitlisting or find the online scheduling process cumbersome or difficult. We will put you in for the next available time. You will receive a confirmation of the request in your email. However, someone may get the earlier placeholder if they book before we get your phone call or voicemail message!
